1. ORDERING.

1.2 GSI reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason,
including, without limitation, the unavailability of any Goods, an error in the price or the description of Goods on this Website, or an error in your order.
1.3 Orders accepted by GSI may not be cancelled or altered in whole or in part by you without GSI’s consent.
1.4 GSI may decline by written notice to the Purchaser, any order in whole or in part, at any time prior to delivery of the Goods in which case GSI will be under no obligation in respect of the order.

2. PRICES

2.1 Prices of Goods displayed on this Website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
2.2 All prices are expressed in US dollars.

3. DELIVERY

3.1 Orders are delivered by EMS (International Express Mail Service) unless otherwise requested by Purchaser.
3.2 Any time quoted for delivery is an estimate only and GSI shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage howsoever arising as a result or consequence of any failure to deliver or delay in delivery.
3.3 You shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods by reason of any delay in delivery.

4. INABILITY TO DELIVER DUE TO PURCHASER

4.1 If, due to any act, omission or default by the Purchaser, the relevant GSI is unable to deliver any Goods to you at the time that the Goods are due to be delivered, you agree to reimburse the GSI for all reasonable costs incurred by GSI for storing, securing and insuring the Goods until such time as the Goods are delivered or re-delivered to the Purchaser.
4.2 All costs under the above clause will be calculated for the period commencing on the date on which any Goods would have been delivered but for the Purchaser’s act, omission or default, and finishing on the date on which the Goods are subsequently delivered or re-delivered.

5. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

5.1 If GSI determines that it is or may be unable to deliver within a reasonable time, or at all, the order may be cancelled by GSI In the event of cancellation you shall have no claim against GSI for any damage, loss, cost or expense whatsoever.
5.2 No purported cancellation or suspension of an order or any part thereof by you is binding on GSI after that order has been accepted by GSI..

6. RISK

Our price offered at our website is on the basis of F.O.B. Vessel/JAPAN and all the risk & responsibility in respect of the Goods (e.g. damage, theft or other accidents) will pass to you either when the Goods are loaded on the ship at the port of shipment or when the presentation of the Goods for delivery is completed at the premises of the relevant ＧＳＩ

7. Return & exchange

a) If you receive Goods that you find to be faulty or incorrect you must notify GSI within 14 DAYS after delivery of the Goods to you by e-mail
providing:
- your name
- your order number & date
- your email address
- a brief description of the fault or problem with the Goods.

Please ensure that the condition of the goods you return should be brand-new and packed in the original package that GSI shipped to you.
Please also ensure that you clearly mark on the customs declaration that the Goods contained in the package are returns to the seller to prevent the package incurring customs charges。

c) If the Goods are found to be incorrect or faulty, you will be provided with a replacement item free of charge or the price you paid for the Goods will be refunded to you in full, at our discretion.

8. Warranty

a) GSI’s warranty does not cover damage caused to Goods by abuse, misuse loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, disassembly or poor care (including improper sharpening).
